Our Clinical Pharmacist reviews charts on a monthly basis to ensure all precautions are being followed to avoid any potential unnecessary medications of potential drug-drug interaction incidents.  The clinical pharmacist is second to none when comes to evaluation of Warfarin (Coumadin) treatment.

We visit our sites on a 2 week rotation basis to destroy any discontinued medications, which then we will return to the pharmacy and give credit to the patient for any unused or partially used medication. 

Service to the patient comes first, because if we can’t make YOU happy then we are not doing our job.
